TOBIRA orders are delivered Monday to Friday.

We use DHL express, SF express as our couriers. Normally it takes 3-5 working days. Please Keep in mind that our shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on the time from dispatch.

TOBIRA CANNOT take responsibility for Customs Clearance delays or failed payment approval.

RETURNS

TOBIRA To be eligible for a return, please make sure to read the following points:

• All return items must be in NEW/ORIGINAL and resalable with all tags and original package attached.
• Please make sure all return items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
• We currently don't cover shipping costs. All return shipping fees are your responsibility.
• Return packages are the customers' responsibility until they are received by us. We strongly recommend that you use a registered and traceable service or purchase shipping insurance when returning your item(s). This way you'll know that it's been delivered to us safe and sound.
• Upon dispute, TOBIRA reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.

我們與 DHL EXPRESS、SF EXPRESS、黑貓 快遞配合，通常需三到五個工作天送達。請注意送達時間是以 TOBIRA 寄出訂單後為估算依據，並且不負清關延遲或付款延遲之責任，敬請見諒。

退貨政策

如購買後發覺不合適或其他因素，TOBIRA 提供7天內的退換貨服務。商品必須是未使用過的條件下，並保持完整原始商標及包裝與發票收據共同寄回。收到商品後，我們將會退還原金額至您的付款帳戶，若該商品退還時遭到損壞，均不予退還。
