Born in Tokyo in 1969. Gained attention in the 1990s for his drawing works, and published his first collection, Lingerie Wrestling, in 2000. Starting with an exhibition in New York, he went on to hold solo exhibitions at the DIC Kawamura Memorial Museum of Art, Tokyo Opera City Art Gallery, and Dallas Contemporary. He is also one of the key artists who played a pivotal role in the founding of loosejoints
