Born in 1960 in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. Graduated from Tama Art University. Worked as an art director in the advertising and publishing industries since the 1980s, and began working as a painter in the 1990s. He published the collection book [ Cave ] (foil), in 2009. In 2012, he participated in "Abstraction and Form: What Will Never Be Seen" at DIC Kawamura Memorial Museum of Art, Chiba. While working as a designer, he changed his name to Junichi Tsunoda.
